Updated.

carrot topless - I've added your lifts in kilograms, as I checked your log and that's what you post in. Nice lifts man! I extrapolated your 3x180 kg squat to a theoretical 1RM of 198 kg.

This is being updated again? Cool.
Squatted 353, benched 232 and deadlifted 458 weighing in at 164 at this year's IRP RAW world championships. Missed out on winning the deadlift by like 5 pounds.

Nice lifting Mellon, gives you a pretty solid 339.3 Wilks score.

How did you place overall? Did you win your class?

I think you equal me (or possibly even beat me by 0.3) ?! I'll wait for that to be confirmed :D

Updated to here.

Glad to have you on the board, Mellon! Nice lifting!

Matt, same to you, nice lifting! You've moved up over me in rank! I really need to drop some weight or up my lifts (which I'm hoping to do next week!).

I've added one decimal figure to the Wilk's Rank, as there were a couple of ties. I'm not going to add another, although if I did it would keep MF as the top seat with 0.01 more points than Mellon.

Can you change my bodyweight to 64kg and also update to a 130 squat please, hit last night in training after doing 115 x 3 on parallel box squats. Pretty happy with that :)

Felt good, working towards a 150kg squat for my next meet in April. Cheers

The IRP only has single lift comps. So I placed 2nd in the deadlift and third in both the squat and the bench press. They had some odd ranking system. Weight lifted - bodyweight.

It's great having a challenger, that's for sure. I think we could be going head to head for a while.

Lifts I want for my next meet in April are S150/B107.5/D195, at the same bodyweight (I compete in the 59-66kg class).

Yeah, but I've been following your journal and you have made some really fast progress. Consistency is the key, just stick with it and keep your nutrition on point.
