Please reply with your bodyweight and your max squat, bench, and deadlift. The ranking will be done by Wilk's Coefficient (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilks_Coefficient) and everyone will be ranked together. However there will be a column to denote male/female, as well as columns for lift totals and bodyweight.

Every time your max in one of the lifts goes up, post a new reply and I'll periodically update the table, probably once or twice a week.

The table will be done in kilograms, so please include the lbs or kg tag with your weights so I know which ones to convert.

EDIT 2013-2-27: I will start rounding lbs-kg conversions down to the nearest .5 kg. I am not going to go back through previous postings, but I will start doing this for all postings from now on.

If you are like me and don't often test your max lifts, let me know your best set and I'll calculate your max based on Wendler's 1RM formula: 1RM = set weight * reps * 0.0333 + set weight.

Hopefully this will spur some friendly competition among those close in strength levels. Lets keep it civil and fun.

EDIT: Please post your non-geared lifts only. Belts/chalk are fine, but no suits/straps/wraps please!

I have no idea about whether or not carrot was a troll, or if he was banned. He did make a few "off" comments, but I don't know if it was that bad? If someone in authority can clarify (or if carrot is still around and speaks up), I'll amend the table if needed. He was on the previous table, but I had left out his Wilks rank. Last time I updated I noticed that and changed it. Seems silly to leave it out just because he won't/can't bench press, as if he lifted in a meet and missed all his bench presses the other two lifts would still be totaled up?

Good show, VAvikingchick! Glad to have you on board! Hopefully your inclusion will spark some interest with some of the other strong ladies around here!

Updated to here. I'm also going to start rounding the lbs conversions down to the nearest 0.5 kg as opposed to the nearest 1 kg I have been doing up to now. From this point forward all conversions will be done to 0.5 kg. I'm not going to modify any lifter's current listings unless asked.

Yes C.O. - I will keep updating this as long as I continue to keep a log here. At some point in the future when I don't feel like "foruming" anymore I'll let the mods know so they can pass the thread along to someone else.

Nice pulling Matt! You've moved up a few spots.
