Thanks Asparagus. I do apologise for not sending it out yet, it's in a cupboard in our garage and I forgot to take it with me when we moved out of our house for earthquake repairs last month. We move back in around the middle of this month so I will post it out straightaway then.

Didn't update my numbers in a long time, it seems. Squat is now 165 kg, bench is 110, deadlift 230 and bodyweight 77

Time to step my game up, hoping for similar lifts but I'm dropping down to the 59kg class.

Failed at that comp but things went good on the next one a few days ago, so bodyweight to 74,8 kg, squat to 180 kg and deadlift to 235 kg, if you count that one (see log for video).
Basically I locked it out, got a down signal and THEN dropped it. So pretty much looked like my 230, only it was unintended. You decide. ;)
