Off-topic and random but I was reading your journal here and love that there is a beans and broccoli, an asparagus, and a melon, all having conversations with each other...

Cheers buddy. Would need my squat to come up to 150 to reclaim the top spot, I've done that in training once before and 140 for a double but not there yet! Solid work Mellon MF.

Pulled 225lbs today, so I'll need my deads moved up to 102kg. Thanks!

updated to here, well done chaps.

I'm thinking about testing maxes next week. Perhaps I'll move up on the table. Although I have put on almost 17 lbs since this time last year, so that won't help me move up in standing much :(

tested my maxes this week for the first time since last December! Pretty poor performance in my opinion, but an increase is still an increase. However, I've also increased my BW, which actually ends up dropping me a few Wilks points. :(

Squat - 365# -> 385# (175kg)
Bench - 245# -> 255# (115.5kg)
Deadlift - no change 460# (209kg)

Ugh, need to sort my shit out for the next year.

updated to here.
