hi, i'd like to know if i could do anything about my swollen belly. I don't have that much fat, my stomach is quite hard when i tension the abs but while relaxed i have a round swollen belly. is it lack of ab strengh? what could i do? thanks!

This sounds like a food allergy. Try cutting out gluten, soy, or dairy for 2 weeks and see if it goes away. If you can't pinch fat on top, it's bloating. Cut down on salt and find the allergen. :)

thanks, I'll try with wheat, i dont drink milk (or eat milk products) and soy started a couple of weeks ago and I already had this problem...
