That would be any vegan-friendly buffet, my old go-to was always Indian (I can put down 2500-3500 calories in one sitting there, no problem!), definitely helped me during that year where I put on nearly 20 lbs, but I can't say all that weight was muscle by any means Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So, I don't have the option of blending something fresh. So here's what I've been making before I leave the house, but drinking after my workout... I usually have a shake most days but I don't stress over it if I don't, sometimes I'll have one after my workout but again I don't feel that I have to have it.
