What is your favorite weight gainer and muscle building boos

Favorite weight gainer? That would be any vegan-friendly buffet, my old go-to was always Indian (I can put down 2500-3500 calories in one sitting there, no problem!), definitely helped me during that year where I put on nearly 20 lbs, but I can't say all that weight was muscle by any means

disappointed, I thought that was a slang way for writing booze. Now I'm guessing you just meant to write boost...

Protein powder (I use pea protein isolate)

1 x banana + handful of mixed berries

1 x tbsp organic virgin coconut oil

300-400ml oat milk

1 x tbsp LSA

I'm guessing you have this shake just after your workout, daily?

I workout first thing in the morning (5:45am) and then I clean-up and go to work. So, I don't have the option of blending something fresh. So here's what I've been making before I leave the house, but drinking after my workout...

 

Protein powder (pea, hemp, rice with chia seeds)

8 oz of soymilk or almond milk

1 x tbsp of flax oil

2 x tbsp soy-based acidophilus

 

Thoughts?
