With a busy schedule and desire to burn fat, I'm trying to maximize my workouts by focusing on HIIT. I was inspired by the 12 days of fitness previously posted but was wondering if anyone had other favorite HIIT routines with free weights they would like to share
Thanks!

Re: HIIT workouts
Circuit training will be the one which anyone would recommend. I am currently experimenting with a short period of intense cardio workout at regular intervals throughout the day. Haven't been able to keep up with each session though. But I did gave it a try. It was kind of cross training if I am not wrong.
Skipping - 1000 followed by 100 double skips
Push ups - 5 sets 20 reps
Crunches - 5 sets 20 reps
The whole session would probably take around 30 minutes
10 minutes for skipping, 10 for pushups and 10 for crunches
The next session would be again skipping followed by two new workouts.
I believe that if we do short bursts of workouts at regular intervals in a day then the body will keep burning fat throughout the day. Instead of going all out for only one time I would say take it bit by bit.
