EdensDemise Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 I didnt go to gym for one week. not because i didnt want to but because i had some problems and a lot of things to do.in this week i even made IF 2 times and i felt great but i feel my muscles are a bit soft. and i felt like i am really back with the training. i thought about to get more higher with the weight maybe 5 kg more. is it ok after one week off ?
