Anyone heard of it? Or more importantly has anyone done it?

My girlfriend is a dance teacher and really wants to get back into shape and I thought I would do it with her, I really like bodyweight training so as soon as I've recovered from this sickness I thought I would try it out!

Hi Ross,

Looked at the link mate, all i see is a high impact product using seductive advertising...Its a money spinner. If its bodyweight training your into, i'd recommend this http://baye.com/store/project-kratos/. Its a much safer, no bullshit progressive approach to BW training.

Hey rob, that's what put me off to start with, but a few people from work have been doing it for a while based on an infomercial they say, thought I would check it out..
Would still like to hear from someone that's done it so I know how it's structured etc. but yeah I agree it looks like over advertised money grabbing hype from the look of the website ahha

Just noticed this post. Ive done Insanity a 2 times, full challenge. I have to say it was wonderful. It really kicks your butt and gives you more energy.

Although there has ben a lo of media hype on it, I'd say give it a try for just one workout and see if you like it enough because it does work, media hype or not.
