oregonisaac Posted October 16, 2006 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Yesterday afternoon I was hitting chest and back with a friend and decided to go big on bench. I was sort of shocked myself by pressing 255lbs! My weight is right around 170lbs so that is 1.5 times my body weight, one of my goals!
