Awesome Job Big!

It is also incredible that at 180 pounds you are benching 305!!! That is quite a bit more than I'm benching and more than most people on here too. In fact I think we only have a few people in the 300lb bench club. I know the 280-lb Kalani put up around 455lbs on the bench a while back and attempted 475lbs once. That is a powerful vegan man! So combined you guys are benching nearly 800 pounds which is absolutely awesome!

Hi there Rob!!! thanks for your great words!!! this is actually an old post before I went fruitarian but yes for anyone that doesn't know I benched 305lbs on Sunday and that was after I did 2 sets of 225lbs so I'm gonna go for 310lbs straight off the bat this Sunday! My training is going really well, I'm currently wieghing in at 180-5lbs althouth I'm expecting to lose a little more but the wieght seems to be hanging on in there which is interesting and I'm working out 5 days a week, I seem to be getting stronger every week which is reasuring as I have never experienced muscle growth as a Fruitarian before, I think the reason for this is that I have cleaned out enough over the years for my body to actually concentrate on muscle growth/rebuilding instead of cleansing, I'm almost ready for sharing pictures so I'll keep you guys posted! :wink:
