Starting up... need some diet input

Heya, I'm just starting to get into routine these... I did some lifting and boxing in in highscool... I started university... couldn't really afford much food (lentils +rice and everything nice) lost a ton of weight (went down to 165) and lost most my muscle mass... then I got really sick, got a better job, ate more, school got crazy, crazy, crazy, got sick again and put on 60 LBS. Now I'm trying to get back into shape, I've got a big body structure so I think 190 is where i want to be... currently I'm 6'2 220Lb:) Anywho, I'm lucky enough to put on muscle "easily", I;ve started doing a 3-day lifting routine and thai-boxing 3 days a week.

I'm allergic to Dairy and Wheat, so this is the diet I've produced...

Just making sure everything seems ok, I'm going to snack on veggies between 12-6 which is when I'm working at gallery all by my lonesome...

Hi. I've been absent from the forum for a bit. I assume you've already had feedback on this. I've also started a thread on diet for bulking up (Help with mass-building).
