In my opinion I think so, as long as you maintain a diet that has suffecient calories to keep your weight, then youre set. so you dont have to eat like crazy since youve finished bulking up, but you do have to make sure you eat enougheat to maintain. I find keeping my protein intake med-high helps me retain muscle mass, and lots of carbs so my body burns those instead of glycogen from my muscles for energy
