heres what im doing- is it ok?

heres what im doing- is it ok?

ok so i have been doing this a the gym 4x weekly,havent really changed diet to much but im hopeing this will help with weight lose and toning legs.

30 mins cardio,running or cycling.
20mins light weights for arms and legs with 15x reps.

i want to do something for stomach as well but not sure what?

In my opinion, there's no better exercise for abs than the good old crunch 8)
You can do side crunches as well.

And tense your mid section doing every other exercise, that gives you stability and works the abs.
Pullovers (with free weight) are also great for shaping your mid section - the abs, the obliques and the serratus.
No one said it would be easy.

Hi Kel,

I'd even throw in some exercise that incorporate "core" body work. Also planks are good(side with a twist), and lying Russian twists. I alter my ab routine every 6 weeks, but always include the basic crunch(generally they are weighted though).
