I've read some great info about Avi Lehyani in this forum. Does he still post here?

I don't think he posts here. I've just had a few e-mails from him, but he was always very nice and seems very cool.

Its quiet amazing to see vegan bodybuilding is so rare , its just my friend who is a bodybuilder that i was searching the net for some info and i landed on this site.

Here is varinder ghuman who is from INDIA and biggest body builder at 120KG totally vegetarian no eggs , only milk muscles , i didnt knew it was an exceptional feet in itself.
