Aside from broccoli, some of my other favorite bodybuilding foods are:
Potatoes
Oats
Spinach
Tofu
Kidney beans
Chickpeas
Pinto beans
Lentils
Almonds
Walnuts
Peanut butter
ALL FRUITS (I love fruit)
Remember that bodybuilding is more than just lifting weights and posing up on stage. You gotta eat well to achieve a well balanced physique. Eat well balanced--look well balanced.
