Rob's Pre-contest photos October 27th

#1 Postby robert » Fri Oct 28, 2005 1:40 am

I've been so busy, but Topher took some photos of me tonight, 2 days before my contest, so I hopped on Megan's computer to put a few images up.

So here we go 2 days out! :

Sorry I didn't get more up sooner. When I get back I'll post what I looked like weeks leading up to the contest, the day of the contest photos and a few days after contest photos.

Preparing for a contest can be very hard, and I think Alex and I will both have a lot of fun enjoying being in great shape on our contest days. I'm sure he'll post lots of photos when he gets back. He leaves on the road in a couple of hours.

Catch ya'll when we get back!

-Robert

Robert!

WOW!

Amazing improvement!! You look awesome!

I agree with madre - i sense victory! 8)

I made no photos this last days, as the whole carb depleting/sodium load messes with my shape by the minute, but i know i'll be in shape in *looks at watch and calculates* 27 hours and 30 minutes 8)
My carb-loading cake is in the oven right now :D Can't wait for tomorrow to eat it  I'll be on the road in one hour.

Again, have fun and good luck!

You're lucky I live so far away, mofo!

Mirriam Webster says this:

4 : marked by the seizing of the initiative : initiated by oneself <a preemptive attack>

I think it works. But, ultimately, I don't care if it doesn't. My point was made. Gawd.

During the last competion I watched there was one big difference between the athletes: Some managed to pose the whole time (even when they stood in the back) and most lost all the tension while going back to their position. But I am sure that you two can do it perfectly!
Have fun and show them "wo der Hammer hängt"!

Thanks for the comments. I really appreciate them. You guys are the ones that keep me going, keep pushing me when I'm at the gym, eating, and representing the Vegan Fitness Lifestyle.

I have plenty of photos I'll post when I get back from all aspects of preparation, contest day and after.

Also, I know you're already on the road, but best of luck Alex!

I leave in 2 hours, gotta go pack!
