Uhhh never mind, those lovely pushups on the medicine balls came tonight. LOL I have utterly no shame in admitting I did them but on my knees. There were many, and two rounds of those things--AND pushups on the balance ball. And kickback balances on the balance ball. And. And. And.

I go collapse now. *thud*

I'm not an expert, but the P90X nutrition plan didn't include any information for vegans at all, while the P90X2 plan includes vegan substitutions, a few vegan recipes, and a vegan macronutrient plan.

They're both essentially the same plan from what I can tell except that the P90X2 meal plan spells it out more and gives you greater flexibility. But the general idea behind them on the macros and what-not is still there.
