Fitness Tips for Beginner Athletes

Take the First Step
You might not end as a superstar athlete. But you can yet set a big fitness goal for yourself, if you’ve never tried a sport previously.

Leave the Comfort Zone
Just think about the possibilities you could find that many activities you can carry out and might discover you like something new. If you wanna train for something really tough and out of your comfort zone then only you can cherish your dream to be fit and become an athlete.

Begin With Small Goals
You might have a big goal like a marathon. And the best way to get there is to follow and chase a series of smaller goals.

Mix Things Up
Everything gets monotonous. So break the monotony and you could burn the calories very well and gain muscles.

Get Your Doctor’s OK
If you’re leading a sessile life now, consult your doctor before you begin exercising if you’re over 45 (men) or 55 (women). Anyways it would be a good idea to consult a physician before yoy start if you have any health issues.Start working out slowly to avoid injuries and burnout.

Eat and Drink for Fuel
Take proper care about your diet because exercise burns extra calories and raises your metabolism. Hence you have to eat at every couple of hours — three meals plus healthy snacks. Before you begin with workout of the day, fill with carbs (fruit, juice or yogurt) for fast energy.

Drink Enough Water
If your workout is really tough or long, you don’t need a special sports drink with electrolytes. Water would be just fine.But drink plenty of waterbecause if you get dehydrated, your muscles might cramp, and you would increas your risk of heat exhaustion and heatstroke.

Do Strength Training
Even if your goal is to run a marathon, only as example; yet you have to center on cardio. You should practice strength or resistance training too. To mention strong muscles burn more calories, help prevent injuries, and build stronger bones.

Dress Comfortably
Youu need to team up with good pai of shoes and right clothes. It’s not about looking good but about feeling comfortable. You should opt to discuss an expert or look into a good sports store.If necessary take help of experts.
