Peanut butter, a big old spoon full.

I have been going for hummus with baby carrots lately.

pre - anything with a combination of simple and complex carbs - dates, raisins, fruit, oats, ezekiel bread

after - anything semiliquid or easily digestible with protein, a moderate level of carbs, protein/fruit smoothie and a couple bananas, tofu pudding with fruit
