ok I have enough : 750 today. After watching my videos now I'm doing them more full range, going more down and more up.

Crap, I'm sort-of falling behind. I only got 115 yesterday, and 10 so far today! I've just been so stressed, tired, and busy! Not a good combo. I'm really going to have to make up a lot to catch up tomorrow (but at this point that goal seems a little far off). *note to self, do more tonight!

Hey Crystal, you're still doing huge numbers of push-ups, doing a hundred and more, and everyday, I know it's not easy, and you must be way more busy than I am ! So you're doing great! Just one more day to go !
Today I've done 630. Didn't do any between 5 pm and 8 pm because of a beautiful girl.

Re: 5-day max push-up challenge!
So this challenge is finished for me. I was only challenging myself, as for there wasn't many challengers here. But it was fun. In the last days I was less motivated for it... Like today I only did 400. So, I don't know what's the total for the week, I'll calculate it right now :
day
1= 1150
2= 680
3= 750
4= 630
5= 400
Total = 3 610
Very far from what I aimed for but anyway... Next week I finally start training in the gym again.

Yay, thanks to everyone who participated
- I didn't hit my goal, either, but that's okay. Maybe I'll hit it next time? What should our next challenge be??

squats with a particular percentage of body weight. The same percentage for each sex. Just make sure that the amount is doable with household weights.
or
bodyweigh tabata squats (squat 10 reps then hold midpoint for 10 secs then so on.) see how many sets people can do.

Re: 5-day max push-up challenge!
1 rep max for the 4 powerlifts
Squat-no knee wraps or squat suits
Conventional Deadlift-no straps
Bench-no bench shirts
Standing Overhead Press-any variation
I'll start the thread during the week when I have time to do a write up.
