I got some Budokon DVDs that focus on agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, power, and building chi. I done the flexibility and Agility DVD a few times and noticed an immediate improvement within those areas.
I have not been able to the DVDs recently as my brother has the xbox360 so I am left without a DVD player.
Does anyone do Budokon or know places that teach it?
