 Post subject: Is there any sport that helps me getting alot of agility

I saw on youtube people that do really awesome jumps , like ninjas , they got alot of agility, i think its called Acrobatics , is there any sport that is better or as good as acrobatics that focus on agility and jumps?

im doing a martial art already.

I'm assuming by your forum name that you do TKD, but if that's not doing it for you try:

Parkour

XMA or Tricking

or Capoeira

hello,
yes parkour is great to learn to jump.
i did it, i think about one year, and it was a great expirience.
but you need a good technique. if you dont set the focus on your
tecnique you ll get very fast pain in your joints and stuff...

but try it... watch movies on youtube but be careful and smart ;)
