All-Pro Diet - worth it?

wanted to know if anyone has this book by Tony Gonzalez and your thoughts of it.

(i've already preordered Robert's book as well, so thankful for his book as well!)

Have not read it, but is it about an All Protein Diet? If so Id say NO!

Actually it's a low protein, high veggie content diet. The "All-Pro" refers to the author, who's a football tight end for the Atlanta Falcons. You probably could easily drop the meat portion, if any, and use it.

yeah, he's used the china study book as his base, but added meat and fish to it.
