To become a member you need to prove - video proof - that you can do the following:
1. 40 Dips.
2. 20 Pull ups.
3. 50 Press ups.
4. 5 Muscle ups.
All within 6 minutes!
All must be done with straight form, no breaks between exercises, any order except muscle ups must be at the end.
I wouldn't fancy even trying to do it.
Hmm....I probably used to be able to do that, although the time limit on that is pretty tough, especially if you're trying to pull off perfect form...but I've lost a great deal of muscular endurance since I started lifting (I used to be a bodyweight
freak). Plus I've never done a muscleup in my life, but there's only 5 of them. And, actually, I've never really done dips either, but I do tricep pushdowns. Idk, I think I could do that.
Pullups would take like 20 seconds tops. Pushups would take 40-45. The muscleups there's only 5 so I can't imagine that taking more than 15-20 seconds. The dips are what's time consuming but if you subtract out the other stuff you've still got a few minutes to do them.
edit:
they've got a bunch of videos of people attempting the requirements up:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpzJLT-c ... r_embeddedI think it sounds a lot more difficult than it is, once you watch them. Of course if I had a nickel for every time i said something looked easy.
