I've been waking up with sore shins for a while now and I do not know what the cause is. After I get out of bed and walk around for a few minutes the pain goes away. Anyone have any ideas? I don't like this, and I don't stay up on my feet much longer than the average guy.
Weak soleus muscles. Try doing calf raises seated and exercises where your feet are flat and your pulling back your toes to you. Do it until it burns the soleus (shin muscles)
