Just got a Garmin Forerunner 405 and started loading my workouts into Garmin Connect and publishing them online. I am MaryStella13 on there if you want to check me out. If you upload your workouts please let me know your username.

charts are always fun.

it good to look and see if you are dropping off at the end of your workouts...or maybe if you are starting out too fast. knowing where your peaks and valleys are...

Are you still using the 405, how's it working out? I'm interested in it for swimming, and possibly weight lifting/x-fit for recovery time between lifts.
