List the different workout/fitness/strength routines

I thought this would be a neat idea, to list as many of the routines as you can think of. I will start off with a few.

 

It will make for a quick reference for those of us who are looking for a program but are unsure of all that is out there.

 

Also, add a description if it will require additional equipment to perform, i.e., resistance bands, weights, etc.

 

Please feel free to add any/all you can think of.

 

1. Insanity

2. P90X - resistance bands, dumbbells, pull up bar

3. Doggcrapp training - Barbell/dumbbells

I will post bodyrock.tv here as if I haven't been bringing it up so much already.

 

It's good for anyone who is looking for free, time effecient, and effective workouts. There are modifications for nearly every exercise so you can make it harder or easier depending on your needs.
