thoughts? experiences? im in the mood to do it, it wont hurt my bulk right?

Bike am will not hurt your size and or strength. Look at all of the top iron trainers who use it. I especially like bike am when getting close to competition. It leans me out without wasting muscle, and it is restorative.

I've heard a lot about Bikram yoga but don't know how to perform it properly so it will be grateful to you if you'll share some demonstrations videos here which will help me to learn it in a proper way.
