veglaxer Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 I am giving myself 3 months to get visible abs. I am already of lean stature. I am 5'6" and about 120lbs. Fairly lean to begin with. My diet is going to get a swift kick in the butt tomorrow. I have started running for cardio. What are some things that you all do to get your abs? jungleinthefrunk Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 Well right now im really fat and my abs are invisible but my trainer has guaranteed that ill have abs by june and he has forbade me to run ever...he has me on a strict diet, training high reps, walking hills, and rope crunches, leg raises, crunches, ball crunches, twists.. cobfab12 Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 only thing to do for abs of primary concern is to drop bodyfatdo compound exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc and your abs will get hit harder than any direct ab work you will ever doadding in crunches/situps/etc will help in the long run for development, but body fat is the primary factor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
