Yeah, amazing. I've seen a lot of stories lately of people over-coming life changing obstacles. A man do high level yoga moves and learn to walk after he was told he would never again. Wheel chair body-builder. Break dancer on crutches. It really makes me feel like a chump if I try to make excuses why I am not hitting my fitness goals. Good post, thanks for sharing.
