Am not really training with consistency but certain days I train a lot. But not following any program. Tomorrow though I should go for a little workout.

Only working out at the gym once or twice a week now, week-ends. Full body 30 minutes session, than maybe some yoga, cardio on sunday.
I work 4 days a week, physical job, nothing really heavy though, but I try to use my muscles more than I would normally need.
So in week-ends I lift heavier loads, 6-8 reps or sometimes 12 reps. Leg extensions 250 pounds for about 6 reps. Bench press is not impressive yet, still about 120 pounds for about 8 reps. But I'm really lazy, I could go to the gym in the morning all the days I want to, and in the week-ends I go once or twice but I'm not really motivated, today I was there 20 minutes before they were closing. I need to get in shape again and to enjoy life more than this. The main problem is I don't sleep enough, which is not good for progressing.
Today I was looking at a poster in the gym, so stupid: it says "Be cut in 3 weeks and get a 6-pack", it was in French actually, saying "obtiens un 6-pack" so its like "obtain" a 6-pack. I find it sad that in this material society obsessed by monomania to buy always more things, even muscles are seen as objects that we need to get otherwise we're not cool. This kind of distracted me for a few minutes during my training.

Edit: I mean Leg Lift, not leg extension.

Hey buddy. Make an obtainable goal for like Feb or March and strive for that goal. You know you can do more and by your typing I can tell youd be willing to do so.

Like RobertCheeke says: Get in there and make it happen.

Pics from yesterday June 25th...
I eat almost 100% raw since 26 days (I had something cooked maybe 2-3 times)...
I don't train so much. Yoga each day or every 2 days. Weightlifting at the gym once a week or even every 2 weeks. Sometimes bodyweight training in parks... Always riding my bike though. Sometimes doing physical work like moving... on bike! see this link http://www.demenagementmyette.ca/home/
I wanna be in top shape by the end of summer but probably in few weeks I'll be cuz I'll try to train harder.

Hey man, looking really tough! You've said before your goal was Bruce Lee, how do you feel now, are you happy with your results?

I haven't trained with consistensy long enough for good results but someday it will happen. I don't know if I want to look like Bruce Lee... maybe yes. But you remind me about it, I wasn't thinking about this really. I like Bruce Lee's physique but I don't necessarily want to look like him... But I guess it would be a nice goal to focus on this summer concerning my physique so I'll try this and we'll see :) His muscle definition was sick, and he had nice width on back and forearms.

Lookin' good! I read through some of your posts; For not being that motivated & working out "lazily", you body seems to really hold the lean look well. Great progress.

Bruce Lee - a very cool physique! I always thought he was a bit "too ripped" for my liking, though. I would personally prefer to have a more "filled out" physique.

I see some kettelbell pics in the thread - never worked out with them, but I would like to.
