I think your calfs and forearms are superb, otherwise you're in very good shape. I really like the wide back attack. You look strong and healthy.

 

Requesting a pec shot.

 

I don't think you have any really weak spots, but you could get more body mass. I think your definition is already good so if I were you, I'd eat like hell and build up even more muscle.

 

Those Popeye forearms are the best part of your body. Massive!

Thanks man! You're right, I need to get more body mass overall. You almost convinced me on eating a lot and bulk up, that's what I'm kinda doing since it's still winter ( see pics). But in a few weeks : lean time. I can't wait to be very lean, under the sun, running, cycling.

Then at fall, as soon at it's getting too cold to be outside without a t-shirt : I'll do definetly like what you said, and I can't wait to be bigger ! eat, lift, sleep, all in excess !

You're making improvements all the time and I'm able to see it in contest entries and updated photos.

 

Great stuff! I'll get a shirt to you soon....just got home, super busy and super unorganized.

Thanx to both of you.

 

I'm doing some resistance training but not much and not heavy weights -- not because I don't want to but because I can't right now -- all I have is dumbells of 3lb and 5lb, and some bands lol.

So yeah it's basically bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and chin-ups, different types of push-ups and abs exercises. I think it's more like a maintenance training, just trying not to lose muscles, with some gains here and there, but this summer I'll try to find ways of lifting heavier, like stones, trees and cars outside, lol.

 

Next fall-winter I guess I'm gonna be back in a gym.

to be honest i think that you looked better before. just my opinion, but in my eyes you lost too much muscle mass. i mean you're still good looking but the mass you gained before probably wasn't enough to start a juice fasting.

yeah thanks, perhaps you're right; I did lose bodyfat, and didn't gain enough muscle mass because of almost inexistant training or not on a regular basis. Reason is mostly because : no access to a gym, and the most shitty summer I've ever seen, raining everyday... when it's nice outside, which is very rare, I'm on fire and work out like a maniac.

 

But I intend to gain some mass starting this fall or winter, depending when I can move back to city.

I love my hands ! I got a huge muscle between the index and thumb, due to heavy grips -- I put a cloth around bars -- and from exercising with a gripper and Powerball.

 

In winter-spring I think I was around 140 pounds, 155 at the highest.

When I started the liquid fast I was at 135. Then 120 current weight after 1 month. Now I'm still cutting but on solid, raw foods. For just a couple of days/weeks, until I have enough.
