So it was about time to update this. I have no more pics but next week I'm probably taking new ones.
This pic is as of May 24, I was on the webcam with a friend and she took pics of me when I tried to pull my hair back. Biceps day was 2 days ago but still I think they look smaller than in the last pic :(

EDIT: Removed because cubby was probably going to sue me for the copyright of the pose

when flexing biceps, the rotation of your hands / wrists can make a big difference to how the bicep appears.

Thanx! When I first saw a cyclist at 1 meter from me I was like 5 yo and I got really impressed, like I didn't believe that was even possible. You guys have aazum quads!
Yep, I've thought of sprinting. I tend to be too heavy for how distance runners usually are. Besides my calfs get injured too easily if I go a long way. When they heal again I'm going to try speed

Running 10k on a treadmill, after 3 days doing it, I got shin splints. That never happened to me on the track in 3 years. Treadmills are the monster!

I must have also posture problems or something because the left calf is the one that hasn't healed and I got injured once on the left quad doing martial arts. So I probably overload that side. ](*,)

Any suggestions??

I saw the pics from last month. You have incredible legs !
Lean&Green is right, you must have some good genetics especially for lower body, plus with a good workout program of course.
I hope we can see more pics soon.

Oh that sucks I'm sorry for your injury. :(
I never got shin splints, but I could just imagine how it feels. You poor thing.
It could be that you over trained yourself, or you need to replace your shoes. It could be your not stretching enough. Or you could of put off running for awhile and really pushed yourself for the first time. Or your form is off.
Those are just some things I can think of.
I also heard that running down and up hill can cause shin splints. Especially if you're not use it.
