Hey everyone I'm new to the board and this is my first post, just thought I would share.

Before going Vegan: 200lbs Too many beers with the rugby club got me here

After: I've been vegan for 8 months now and have been lifting for about 3. I dropped to my lowest of 149lbs about a monthish before this picture. In the picture I weigh 155lbs and I'm hoping to get into the 175 range. I went from a 36 waist to a 30 and sorry about my disheveld look i just got out of bed when I took the pictures. I really should've waited until had finished at the gym.

Welcome! Nice work toning up. Now building muscle is the fun part, so you have a great, enjoyable road ahead.

Thanks for being part of our group. We're happy to have you. All the best as you climb to 176, a pound over your goal.

We have a great team here to support you all along the way.

Welcome to the forum!

Great job, you have made an incredible job! Your body looks balanced, all you need is more muscle! I think you'll look even better when you reach 175 if you keep your body fat as low as it is now.

Anyway, you look really good and healthy already!

To begin with I had virtually no muscle and through the weight loss process i lost more of the muscle i didn't have. I've still got a layer of fat but I'm working on building up my muscle and hope to eventually get in the 175 range. Thanks for all the comments!

Impressive transformation You almost look like a different person! As you add more muscle, be careful not to make yourself fat in the bulking process (unless that's your thing). I think it would be cool to keep doing cardio along with your weight training, so you can add muscle without losing your slim new look.
