Nice work man !

And damn there's a huge separation between your pecs, I don't have any crack in the middle of my chest but maybe I need to be very lean, which I never was except maybe when I was a child around 8 years old. Lol.

Anyway keep on the good work !

Chaser, these pics aren't loading up for some reason. I'll try again in a few; perhaps its a problem on my end. I dunno, I see other pics but not yours for some reason....

imageshack should work. I have never had a problem with them and they always worked.

you can try photobucket.com you may have to create an account, i'm not certain. There are others, soem where you can do a couple of photos at once but I cannot seem to find them like I did once before

ok, i see the pictures now. Nice development in your upper back. Do you do alot of pullups? Good progress man and with a lean body like that you should have no worries packing on the muscle and staying solid......

Low body fat, nice definition, strong back.

No miracles yet but very good start. I'd suggest 1000 kcal more every day and you'll get a lot stronger in no time. You can't build muscle fast if you're not eating enough. Go nuts, I did that and it worked great for me. :)

With nuts!! :D Dense in calories, easy to take in a decent amount daily and gain some extra calories, energy and protein and fat.

I agree it's hard to eat properly with low budget, but here in Finland where food is super expensive peanuts cost like 2-3€/kg and salty nuts 3-5€/kg and you only need 1kg/week to get huge amount of calories if you're eating properly otherwise.

Great thing that you eat a lot. I started keeping a log of my weight in excel so I can draw neat graphs of my weight later on.

Keep it going man, we all believe in you!
