yes it is normal and totally natural. work your arms with dumbbells (each arm separately) to get a more balanced physique

Hey ChaserHun, don't worry too much about the chest separation. I have one that too and I worried for ages but I think lot's of folk have it.

Look at Gerard Butler in the 300 (Leonidas), he has one! Well at least...in this pic he does. :boxer:

I'm not worrying about the separation, I'm deep-chested on the right side(not because the lots of msucles lol, because of the bones) and the left side is flat :? :(

I haven't posted any updates in the past.
I am doing Mark Laurens You re your own gym program, Finished the basics, now I'm in the 2nd week of the 1st class program
