I used the physicsdiet.com site, there weren't any online tools at Walker's site when I started.

Awesome system. I'm still using it for maintenance. It seems like it is just as awesome for that. I've corrected so many small problems with small adjustments already that would have been a lot of weight gained back without the feedback.

Yeah, I think that where you're at now is the finish line for a lot of people, you're in great shape. Good luck with your goals, it's great to push yourself and get results
