Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hi everyone,

I've been registered here for a while, but still haven't posted anything. Now I thought it was about time, so I encouraged myself to add a couple of pictures to show my progress. I'm a 22 years old vegan male from Helsinki, Finland, and I've been following the path of veganism ever since november 2003.

I've been lifting weights more and less actively for about two years now, and I have a background of athletics in my youth. The last month or so I've been eating more heavily and gained a few kilograms. Now I'm trying to slowly bulk up during the next year. I train 2-3 times a week depending on my other schedule(university, work, friends, social activities etc.) with a full body program. My next target area will be the back, which I want to be bigger in size. Time to bulk 'n' pump, folks B) !

You're doing really well! Abs are showing very well (you should participate in the VBB&F ab pic contest in a few weeks), you have very good definition and you're quite a lot bigger than before. I'd say easily 15-20 lbs more, am I right?

The back is just a matter of posing (well, muscles do have something to do with it also). There are even youtube vids that teach you to pose properly. Anyway, good definition in your back too!

I was planning to write something funny in Finnish here but since I'm not a very funny guy I didn't come up with any good ideas.

Yeah, you're right, we have met earlier on a Finnish forum. Your progress has also been an inspiration to me. Also others members here on the Vegan BB&Fitness Forum have motivated me in my training.

Thanks for the nice words, it's very motivating to get positive feedback . After the picture from 2006 I've gained almost 15 kgs, which I think is pretty much. And maybe I should consider the ab contest.
