Jacob's (cubby's) progress photos

#1 Postby cubby2112 » Thu Jun 05, 2008 12:47 pm

So xjohanx convinced me to make one of these threads.

Here are some pictures from that contest we had last summer (I think):

And a few months after the contest:

And from the recent contests and a couple extra (I need to buy and actual tripod and these will turn out better):
Image
I noticed how I have more periumbilical fat (which I have always struggled with since losing weight) from a bulking session which involved a little too much bulking. I am trying to get rid of it with a good bit of biking and not really any caloric restriction because I don't want to screw my metabolism up.

You have great muscles. I've been noticing the entire time during these contests. I think you had some of the best triceps in the whole group!

Great overall progress! I love the size of your legs!

How long have you been training? You don't build that amount of muscle in a month or two... I know you've been here for quite a while...

Thanks everyone. I was training while barely eating anything and thus getting nowhere for about a year and a half because I was afraid of getting fat again. I started eating decent amounts about a year ago, so one year of good training, a year and a half of crap. :D

Yea dude all around great physique. I love the definition in your arms yet you still have some nice size. Legs are spectacular. How much weight did you lose since before you started training and dieting?

Since I don't have any back pics up here and I just made some new ones for the contest, I figured I would post them:
