Thanks, guys! The 'ceps (although I train them very little) looks OK (somewhat) when flexed, but shrinks into nothingness when relaxed. :lol:

Everything else still needs major improvements.

This is how I look right now:

About 12% bodyfat, yet still no abz. The shoulder vein is kinda cool, though. Will keep at it and (HOPEFULLY) get to finally see my abs in a month or two. Wish me luck!

Thanks! Nah, I was just trying to flex as hard as possible - I need that to look at least a wee bit less skinny

Here's another pic of me (yes, I know, my facial expressions are an epic fail):

Meh, still a scrawny turd, but I think I've managed to retain my (almost non-existant) muscle mass so far.

Will post a couple more pics next Wednesday.

I couldn't help but to mention that in your last picture, it seems like your lower half of your body disappeared.
