Well if you haven't gotten constructive advice yet about diet, there are plenty of places to post to get a great answer fast. Not sure exactly the specifics but if I see a post in regards to that I will be more than happy to elaborate. Cleaner, unprocessed foor will digest and feel better like grains as opposed to flours and fresh fruits as opposed to sugar. Training consistently without overdoing it and taking in adequate amounts of protein including supplementing will ensure an optimal environment for growth.
