Hi everybody.

I'm new to the forum and I've decided to introduce myself with some pics of the evolution I've had in the last 2 years. At the moment I eat meat, but I'm interested in changing my diet; as a first step I would not delete milk and eggs from my diet; in the past I often used to replace meat with soybeans, lentils, beans or chickpeas. With your help I would like to try to organize a good bulk diet. In this way I hope to improve my performances, gain mass and do a favor to out planet stopping eating meat.

To complete the introduction: I'm 27 Years old, 183cm, 79kg (71 when I began)

Hey man, you're about the same size as I am. Also the same age! Looking good!

Good luck with your diet change! Just keep eating LOTS of food and you'll continue getting proper gains!

This is what I will do. I'm not satisfied of my body...

Keep in mind that any bodybuilding diet, even one that includes meat, is going to be highly scrutinized, timed, pre-portioned, etc.. It's something that is calculated and followed. Because of this, following a vegan/vegetarian bulking diet is actually no different than following an omnivorous diet. Since you're already scrutinizing your diet, work to ensure that you're getting what you need from various sources.

Well if you haven't gotten constructive advice yet about diet, there are plenty of places to post to get a great answer fast. Not sure exactly the specifics but if I see a post in regards to that I will be more than happy to elaborate. Cleaner, unprocessed foor will digest and feel better like grains as opposed to flours and fresh fruits as opposed to sugar. Training consistently without overdoing it and taking in adequate amounts of protein including supplementing will ensure an optimal environment for growth.

As for your shots, solid frame to work with, you can grow quite nicely if you just eat and train, check out tuc for the perfect example of such a specimen
