Well, I finally got around to taking some pics!! Here they are, me some 5 or 6 months down the line of my body building career!
So I just signed for a 12 week online personal personal training program with Melisaa!!! Watch this space!

Thanks!! It was however, taken before I'd eaten. I'm sure why, but my definition seems to decrease after food. I'd like to get to a stage where it just gets ripped, and stays ripped! Long way to go then eh?

Not at all, you already have a great midsection that will tone up even more and show every tiny bit of training you foster it with. PS, I heart navel piercings (2 myself ;) )
