Not a bad form to start building muscles on to!

I bet when you get your technique right you'll be able to lift a LOT more than your current stats say in a matter of weeks! I'm really looking forward to see how you end up with since you're big but low bf % to begin with! With a proper nutrition & workout you'll be ridiculously big vegan.

I second what tuc said - you look good already! Damn mesomorphs... I'm 99% sure you can get seriously big and strong if proper training and nutrition is applied.

Thanks for all the kind replies It's really motivational with comments like these!

I'm beginning to feel confident with the different techniques and right now I'm adding min. 2.5kg on every workout, which is proving a bit difficult on my squats. The reason for this is that my "gym" has no squat rack, only a stupid smith machine, thus forcing me to power clean+overhead pressing the weight onto my back.

You do look like you have a good foundation for getting strong.

In that case it could be worth doing front squats instead. You should quickly be able to backsquat more than you can safely get onto your back by overhead pressing. Looking for another gym could also be a good idea .

I've thought about changing gym but the place I'm going to know is a university gym, which is ridiculously cheap. However! I have been hassling the gym manager about the rack and I think I might’ve convinced the guy, so I’ll hang around a bit longer.

Untill then I'll try frontsquatting instead

So, here's a little update from December 10.

And my thigh

Next time I think I'll get some shots right after my workout. that way i'll look nice and pumped, haha.

Oh and tuc, you were right about putting on more weight after nailing the technique I've added around 20-30kg to most of my lifts and still going strong.

I couldn't decide which of the three to pick, so i uploaded all of em'

I've got a loooong way to go still, but I'm quite satisfied with the achievement of overall thickness so fare..

Arms are much thicker man, looks great.

You still on the stronglifts 5x5? I'm a week into it now lol

Thanks man

I'm no longer doing SL. Rest times between sets just made my workout last forever, so i switched to a similar program called Starting Strength. This shortened my workouts and also enabled me to add more weight. But i think you should stick with SL for as long as you can
