I want to bring up the chest more. More definition on my abs and get the those bis bigger. Trying to blast the legs into growth to. Basically everything bigger! LOL

Good luck with all that. Be patient and if you're working hard enough you'll see the results . Keep it up :) What your routine looks like ? Don't forget to make some changes in your program when you feel like, every month or so.
