cool. youve come a very long way from that tshirt pic! and i thought i was making progress...
its very inspiring to see how far youve come. 8)

try fitday if you want to use a calorie counter. i read in one of your older posts that you werent using anything, and FD is totally free. btw i do NOT have any affiliation with that site, i just really enjoy using and recommending it.

That's great. You were really skinny before you started to lift weights. Huge progress !

Awesome progress! You look really fit. I think you were even thinner than I was when you started, now it looks like you've got a lot bigger muscles in your whole upper body!

Care to tell your height and also weight when you started vs. now?

When I saw the first pictures I was impressed, and when I saw the picture of you in the kitchen I was totally blown away. I had no idea you were the same person, haha. Didn't really look at the username. :P When I noticed that I was ten times as wowed, haha. Great job man.

On a different note, I like the spam above me. It's hilarious how it talks about a senile old women talking about buying warcraft characters in her "most lucid moments". If I was her I'd stick with being insane. It's even more amusing that it came from Clinton's autobiography.
