I'm hitting the Cardio hard at the moment, and my diet is really tight, so hoping to rip the fat off and get some more definition.

Can you give an example of what you might eat on an average day?
At the moment a Typical day might look something like this
Breakfast - Weetbix with soymilk
Morning Tea - Coffee on soymilk and a larabar
Lunch - Tofu or Tempeh and Veggies (Carrots, Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Kale, Celery, Snow Peas etc)
Before Gym - Pea protein shake and piece of fruit (Nectarine or something)
After Gym - Protein Shake
Dinner - Baked Beans on Bread (Pumpernickel Usually) with a few extras - Some more Kale, Nutritional Yeast etc
This works out to.
At the Gym I usually Burn around 400 Calories lifting weights and then 300 doing Cardio - So subtract about 700 Calories from that I guess.
I am taking the following supplements (Just to make sure)
A multivitamin and mineral
B12 - Better Safe than Mad.
CoQ10 - Blood Pressure
Lysine - To help prevent cold sores
Zinc - I was sick a few weeks back and want to stay healthy
