I love Beans, I think they are such an underated food.
If you get the good ones (some have lots of salt and sugar),
A can will fill you up and give you 400 Calories, 20 grams of protein and very little fat.

Thanks Joe, I think the Rear Raise/ Reverse flyes and high Pulling exercises are helping the Posterior Delts.

Yeah I have a very efficient Metabolism (I'll be fine if there is ever a world wide food shortage),
At the moment I am trying to reduce bodyfat, but still keep my muscle, so it is actually a little higher than I would normally eat for weight loss.
Even during a Heavy Bulking phase, I rarely go above 3000 Calories a day.
I am one of those people who needs to watch what they eat, every day of their life.
I don't have a skinny person inside me struggling to get out, I have a big, fat fatty inside me screaming to get out.
I can eat a lot when I want to, I just can't.
